Foods 30 - Meal Sized Salads

To prepare for this week's cooking assignment I showed you a blog about how to make a Meal Sized Salad.  This blog explains that a salad for a meal must contain at least one serving of greens, a variety of vegetables/fruits and a source of protein (density).  Your assignment was to create your own meal sized salad.

For the recipe for your blog please include the ingredients and instructions to make your salad.
For your reflection discuss which components of your salad were greens, vegeatable/fruits and protein and if your salad left you feeling full at the end of the meal.
