On Wedensday, November 2 the Foods 10 classes made Messed Up Muffins. The project was for each kitchen to make muffins by adding an important ingredient. Kitchen A used only flour, milk and salt, Kitchen B added baking powder, Kitchen C added oil, Kitchen D added sugar and Kitchen E added eggs. By studying the diference in each of the recipes the students learn how each ingredient changes the recipe. Here are the pictures of our results.
